Inositol is also known as vitamin B8, although it is not actually a vitamin. It is a type of sugar that affects insulin response and several hormones related to mood and cognition.

myo-inositol 600 mg 1800 mg

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 level scoop 3 times a day. Mix one serving with water and take between meals.
