Pharmovit Classic Melatonin with Melissa 60 Capsules

Melatonin helps to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep. A beneficial
effect occurs when 1 mg of melatonin is taken shortly before falling asleep.
Melatonin helps with the subjective feeling of sudden
jet lag syndrome. A beneficial effect occurs when taking 0.5 mg of melatonin
shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and in the following days
several days after arrival at the destination. Melissa helps to relax and
maintain healthy sleep.

Recommended daily dose to achieve the
effect of the product: take 1 capsule per day. Swallow with water (250
ml). The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
