DESCRIPTION

RECOMMENDED INTAKE
Recommended daily intake: 10 g, i.e. 1 serving. Pour hot, but not boiling, water (250 ml) over the provided measuring cup, cover, and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain the infusion and drink. Perfect as an addition to porridge, muesli, or salads. The grain can also be ground before consumption.
