Dosage
With the main meal. Children aged 6-12 years - 2.5 ml oil (=1/2 tablespoon). Children over 12 years and adults - 5 ml oil (=3/4 full tablespoon).

For children aged 3-6 years, the decision to administer the supplement should be discussed with a doctor.
Avoid combining with products high in calcium (milk, yogurt, white and yellow cheese), as this may impair the absorption of omega-3 fatty acids and other important substances from the supplement.
Shake before consumption.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet are essential for good health.
