Our mango balsamic cream is a fruity-sweet composition of handmade brandy vinegar and organic mango puree.

It combines perfectly with e.g. extra virgin organic olive oil to create a perfect, rich dressing. Of course, the cream also combines well with many other oils - so you can use it to prepare sauces in endless variations.

Invert sugar syrup*, mango puree* (36%), brandy vinegar*.
