What to drink
Fluids are very important for cleansing the body, although not all of them, of course. It's recommended to drink lukewarm water with added lemon, ideally immediately after waking up. A glass of water before the first meal is good for our metabolism. Cocktails also have regenerative properties, especially green ones, for example, with added spinach, cucumber, or parsley. Fresh juices, on the other hand, are said to be an effective substitute for sweetened drinks, which have no beneficial effect on us. It's also advisable to consume herbal teas and other natural infusions.
What should you avoid?
The answer here is simple: alcohol, cigarettes, energy drinks, and all other "stimulants." An effective detox should also mean giving up red meat, white flour, sugar, and coffee for a while. Let's give our bodies a breather so we feel light and refreshed.

Exercise! Lots of traffic! Let's remember that detoxing is not just for the body, but also for the mind. Negative emotions and stress also affect our well-being, which often manifests itself in physical symptoms (headaches, muscle pain, balance problems, etc.). Give yourself some rest without giving up on activity – exercise, meditate, take regular walks. Let's free our minds from the worries and concerns that plague us every day. We should also keep in mind that a healthy diet should be a permanent part of our lives, and that the body needs to be cleansed regularly, for example, every six months.
