Guarana - Properties

Guarana is especially rich in caffeine, which contains twice as much as coffee, catechins, and procyanidins. All of these substances have a stimulating and stimulating effect, specifically:

  • promotes concentration and memory,
  • sharpens the senses and increases reflexes,
  • supports the condition of people suffering from chronic fatigue,
  • warms the body, gives a feeling of warmth,
  • supports the fight against depression,
  • strengthens the immune system,
  • helps in the fight against cellulite,
  • accelerates metabolism, which can help with weight loss, and also inhibits hunger,
  • can be helpful in the fight against stress,
  • can be helpful in the fight against migraines,
  • has a positive effect on potency.

Guarana - how to brew?

Guarana infusion can successfully replace your morning coffee. All you need to do is pour a cup of hot, but not boiling, water (preferably around 90°C) into a teaspoon of guarana powder. Steamed ground guarana guarantees a natural energy boost and a sense of well-being. Powdered guarana can be used by adding it to various dishes and smoothies, and even natural yogurt. It's worth getting to know some of the most interesting and healthy suggestions.

Guarana - Recipes

Fruit or vegetable cocktails, smoothies, shakes, with or without yogurt, sweet or dry—all gain additional health benefits with the addition of guarana.
