Protein-Powerballs

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup cashew nuts,
  • 1/4 cup pistachios ,
  • 12 dates, 2 tablespoons peanut butter ,
  • 1/4 cup hulled hemp seeds (or any plant-based protein),
  • 2 level tablespoons of matcha ,
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Preparation:

If the mixture is too thin, you can add some coconut flour,
so you can easily form balls without sticking. We encourage you to share your interesting ideas for the coating component of our Power Balls. We used coconut flakes, but we encourage you to experiment.
