DESCRIPTION
Maple syrup is made by evaporating the sap from a maple stalk. It is a Type A, a Dark Robust strain named for its dark amber color. The taste of Dark Robust Syrup is intense, slightly burnt. It goes perfectly with American pancakes and ice cream. As a marinade base, it gives meat and fish an unmistakable character.
