Apple cider vinegar is a product that results from the acetic fermentation of alcohol. It was already used in ancient times. This vinegar is amber and cloudy. A tablespoon contains only 3 calories. It can be used as an accompaniment to meat dishes, salads, sauces and cocktails. As a food additive, it acts as a preservative, preventing food spoilage and inhibiting the growth of bacteria.
This product is an excellent source of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant. This means that it reduces the amount of free radicals in the body, which improves immunity, has a positive effect on the circulatory system and helps cleanse the body. The polyphenols in their composition also act as antioxidants, that is, they are antioxidants. It is a very good support for the body, allowing it to better cope with the harmful external factors of the environment that we encounter. Antioxidants also delay the aging process.

Apple cider vinegar can be prepared at home. To do this, we need 1 kg of sour apples, 1 liter of water and about 5 teaspoons of honey. Apples must be washed and seed stars removed. Pour water over the apples and add honey to keep them from protruding above their surface. Cover the vessel in which we will prepare the vinegar with a cloth and tie it to protect it. Leave the bowl in a warm place for 4 weeks, stirring the liquid from time to time. During this time, the fermentation process takes place, when the reaction is complete, the foam is not generated on the surface. This means the vinegar is ready. It should then be bottled and kept cool. Homemade vinegar should be controlled as there is a risk of mold growth - as soon as you notice it, you should stop eating it.
