Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) has been cultivated in Asian countries since ancient times and is now very popular in Europe. Thanks to its properties, it perfectly supports the body in case of tiredness, weakness and exhaustion - it helps to maintain physical and mental fitness. Ashwagandha is an adaptogen - together with other plants belonging to the group of adaptogens, it has properties that positively influence unfavorable external factors.

APPLICATION

Take 1 capsule with water. Apply once a day.
