Beschreibung
INGREDIENTS
Rosemary* (_Rosmarinus officinalis_ 1.8-Cineole) (*organic ingredients)

DESCRIPTION
Dietary supplement. Rosemary influences digestion, increases kidney water excretion, and supports immune system health.

USAGE
Oral: twice daily 1 to 2 drops. Take diluted in a tablespoon of honey or in an herbal tea.
Skin (massage, bath): 5 to 10 drops in 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Air aromatization: 5 to 10 drops depending on personal preference and room size.

NOTES
The recommended daily dose must not be exceeded. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store in a cool, dark place, out of reach of small children.
