DESCRIPTION


B vitamins:
Thiamine (vitamin B1) – supports the proper functioning of the circulatory system, participates in energy and neurophysiological processes.
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) – necessary for the proper functioning of the immune system; improves the condition of the skin, hair and nails, affects the speed of metabolic changes and helps maintain the proper condition of the mucous membranes.
Niacin (vitamin B3) – participates in the synthesis of hormones; participates in the production of red blood cells, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) - contributes to the proper synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) – supports the production of erythrocytes, affects the body's immunity and nerve conduction, contributes to the maintenance of protein and glycogen metabolism, as well as homocysteine.
Biotin (vitamin B7) – helps maintain good condition of mucous membranes, contributes to proper metabolism of macronutrients, stabilizes sugar levels and helps maintain healthy skin, hair and nails.
Folic acid (vitamin B9), required for DNA synthesis, contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy; helps in the proper synthesis of amino acids, also supports the functioning of the hematopoietic system.
Vitamin B12 - is involved in the production of red blood cells in the bone marrow, the metabolism of proteins, carbohydrates and fats, and the synthesis of the neurotransmitter - serotonin. It helps reduce tiredness and fatigue and helps maintain proper homocysteine levels.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1 capsule daily. Rinse with water.
