DESCRIPTION
Organic spelt bran is produced by milling spelt into spelt groats. The bran consists primarily of the outer, most valuable layer of the grain. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. It tastes great with dairy products. It can be added to muesli, cereals, soups, salads, and sauces. We also recommend using bran in homemade baked goods and flour dishes. We recommend briefly heat-treating bran before consumption.
