DESCRIPTION
Organic barley groats are obtained from hulled barley. They're perfect as an addition to soups, such as the famous Polish barley soup, and as an ingredient in main courses when combined with braised vegetables and fresh herbs.

PREPARATION
The previously rinsed groats should be boiled in salted water in a ratio of 1:3 (1 portion for 3 portions of water) over low heat for about 20 minutes.
