Chamomile * 100% (* certified organic ingredient)

DESCRIPTION
For hundreds of years, chamomile has been harvested in its natural state and used as an excellent remedy for infants, children, and adults with digestive problems. Today, chamomile comes mainly from cultivation and is one of the most well-known herbal plants. Externally: It can be used as an anti-inflammatory agent for mouth and throat rinsing, for skin compresses, also for enemas and tampons.
PREPARATION
Infusion For internal use: Pour a glass of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of raw material, leave for 10 minutes. Under cover, burden. Drink 1 sachet 3 times a day.
Infusion for external use : You can use the infusion prepared in the same way to wash the eyelids and the paranasal sinuses. An infusion of 1 tablespoon of raw material is used for 1 glass of water.
