DESCRIPTION
Organic millet flakes are made from crushed millet grains. Millet flakes are an excellent choice for a daily breakfast. They taste best with yogurt, a cereal drink, and fruit.

PREPARATION METHOD
Cook the cereal in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of cereal to 2 portions of water or milk) over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
