DESCRIPTION
Perz is a common plant that grows over wastelands and clearings. Its rhizomes contain starch and are very nutritious. Only light, thick and fleshy rhizomes are selected for flour, thoroughly cleaned and dried. Grasshopper flour is characterized by a slightly sweet, nutty taste. It is also characterized by a high content of fiber, which regulates the digestive system, cleanses the body of toxins, bile acids and heavy metals.

PREPARATION SART
Wheat flour can be used as a refining additive for wheat flour (at a ratio of 2/3 wheat flour and 1/3 wheat flour) and for baking bread, rolls, biscuits and other products. It can also be used in all dishes where wheat flour is normally added, eg as an addition to pasta, egg omelettes, potato pancakes (add 1/3 buckwheat flour to 2/3 grated potatoes).
