INGREDIENTS

Cold-pressed oil from a mixture of: pumpkin seeds* (Cucurbita pepo L.) 49.5%, linseed* (Linum usitatissimum L.) 19.5%, rapeseed* (Brassica napus L.) 19.5%, nettle seeds* (Urtica dioica L.) 9.5%, common nettle root extract (10:1)* (Urtica dioica L.) and fireweed* (Epilobium parviflorum L.) 2%, (* ingredient from certified organic farming).

DESCRIPTION
Product obtained by cold pressing oil from a mixture of specially selected pumpkin, linseed and nettle seeds in such a way that the correct composition and content of fatty acids, vitamins and plant sterols are guaranteed. The addition of nettle root extract and small-flowered willowherb enriches the oil with polyphenolic compounds with antioxidant properties. The oil is intended for adults, especially older men.

RECOMMENDED DAILY CONSUMPTION
Consume 1 portion of 20 g oil (22 ml = 2 tablespoons) daily, once or in divisible portions, eg 1 tablespoon twice a day, preferably with a meal. The oil can also be used as an additive to salads. The 250ml pack contains 11 servings of the product.

REMARKS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Store at a temperature of 4-6°C, in a tightly closed container, protected from light and oxygen, out of the reach of small children.
