DESCRIPTION
Birch has been known and valued for its properties for centuries. The plant supports the digestive system and liver function as well as the excretory function of the kidneys, thus supporting the body's detoxification process. It also helps maintain proper blood cholesterol levels.
Birch sap has been collected by humans in spring for thousands of years. It is obtained in the forests of Podlaskie near the Białowieża Forest and is probably the only sap made from Polish birches available on the market.
