Hedocost (Symphytum Officinale) has been known for centuries as a cure-all for bone tissue problems. It supports the healing of the spine, hip joint, and knees. It also helps with bone fractures, sprains, and bruises. It is indispensable for tendon inflammations and thrombophlebitis. It warms strongly and the active ingredients penetrate deeply, relieving rheumatic pain and sciatica. It contains, among other things, allantoin, which stimulates tissue regeneration, tannins, mucilages, polyphenols, auxins - a hormone that easily forms new tissue and quickly heals wounds. It is used for frostbite, burns, muscle strains, and leg ulcers.

Ground elder (Aegopodium Podagraria L.) is a perennial plant widespread throughout Europe and North America. The plant contains flavonoids, coumarin compounds, chlorogenic and caffeic acid, vitamin C (60 mg/100g), as well as minerals (iron, copper, manganese, titanium, boron, calcium, potassium). It has regenerating, detoxifying, diuretic, antirheumatic effects, especially against gout - it lowers elevated uric acid levels in the blood and thereby relieves related pain. Helpful for insect bites - simply make a compress from a crushed ground elder leaf.

Jove, or Lebanese sage (Sideritis scardica), is a source of many minerals, tannins, essential oils, and antioxidants.

The oil is also well suited as a cosmetic - it acts against wrinkles, restores tissue, eliminates discolorations, regenerates, and firms the skin.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Rub into the painful areas 2-3 times daily. Do not apply to wounds, avoid contact with eyes. For external use only.
