Organic spelled porridge without milk for babies is intended for babies from 4 months. Wholemeal spelled porridge is an excellent, wholesome meal to start the day. The once forgotten spelled is back in fashion. And rightly so, because the so-called double-row barley consists of 56% starch and contains healthy unsaturated fatty acids. The effect of spelled can also be seen with the naked eye, because it cares for our skin and strengthens nails and hair. Tastes great in combination with vegetable dishes and dairy-free fruit and grain purees.
