Dietary supplement in capsules with Vitania root extract - Ashwagandha and Vitamin B6. Vitania Ashwagandha extract has adaptogenic properties.

Content of ingredients in a daily portion of 2 capsules:
Magnesium (magnesium salts of citric acid) - 112.5 mg (30%)*,
KSM-66® extract from the root of Vitania somnifera (Withania somnifera L.), standardized to 5% withanolides - 200 mg, including 10 mg withanolides,
Capsule shell: HPMC (organic cellulose derivative), apple fiber, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) - 2.8 mg (200%)*,
Anti-caking agent: VEGESIL - silicon dioxide of plant origin (from rice)
*Reference intake value for an average adult (8400 kJ/2000 kcal).

Recommended daily dose:
2 capsules daily, with a meal. The package contains 30 recommended servings of 2 capsules each.
