A daily dose of 0.85 g contains (nutrient reference value%):


magnesium citrate- 850 mg,
including:
Magnesium - 135 mg (36%),
Vitamin B6 - 0.7 mg (50%).

Ingredients: Magnesium (Magnesium Citrate), Vitamin B6 (Hydrochloride and Pyridoxine).
Net content: 51 g.

1. Pour 1 serving (1 level scoop) into a dry container.
2. Add 200ml of water or another
Add drink and mix.
Note: Follow the order of preparation to thoroughly dissolve the powder. Take once a day with a meal. Shake the container vigorously before consumption.
