Folate by Solgar is a dietary supplement that contains folic acid.

INGREDIENTS:


Folic acid (as folic acid); fillers: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; flow agents: vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide; capsule shell: vegetable cellulose.















Ingredients 1/2 Tablet NRV
Folate (as folic acid) 400 mcg 200%

NRV - Nutrient Reference Value for daily intake



USAGE:


Half (1/2) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.


The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.


CONTRAINDICATIONS:


Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, as well as individuals taking medication, should use only after consulting a doctor or specialist.
