Folate 5-MTHF Methyl 600 µg is a dietary supplement containing active folic acid in the form of calcium L-methylfolate. Calcium L-Methylfolate is an active, crystalline and methylated form of folic acid that is available to the body immediately after ingestion, without the need for further metabolic changes. Calcium L-methylfolate intake has a higher bioavailability and does not mask a vitamin B12 deficiency.
The chicory inulin contained in the product contributes to proper bowel function by increasing stool frequency. The beneficial effect occurs when 12 g of chicory inulin are consumed daily. One serving of the product contains 260 mg inulin.
Folic acid, the active form of folic acid, contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy. They are involved in the synthesis of amino acids, cell division and maintaining proper homocysteine metabolism. They help in proper blood production and maintain proper psychological functions. It has a positive effect on the functioning of the immune system and can help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

APPLICATION
Take 1 capsule per day. Rinse with water (250 ml).
