PREPARATION
1 packet of gelling agent and 4 teaspoons of lemon juice are enough for: 500 g of fruit (with 175 g of cane sugar) or 400 ml of fruit juice (from 60-80 g of cane sugar). Mix everything for about 4 minutes.
