RECOMMENDED INTAKE
Recommended daily intake: 4 g per day, i.e., add 2 scoops to the product, pour over hot, but not boiling, water (250 ml), and let it steep, covered, for 15 minutes. Also perfect as an addition to cocktails, muesli, and salads.
