Milk thistle is a plant known for its positive effects on heart health and liver protection. Additionally, it supports the body's resilience in harsh weather conditions. Originally from the Mediterranean region, it is now also cultivated in Poland and many other countries. The thistle seeds are harvested in summer and, when ground, are ideal for enhancing sauces, salads, or muesli.

PREPARATION METHOD
Pour 1 teaspoon of the herbs with a glass of hot water. Let steep for 5-10 minutes with the lid closed.
