And what are the ingredients in the VIVIO brand vegetables?
First of all: PASTERNAK – a vegetable that is relatively rare in our kitchen. Despite this, it is becoming more popular every year and easier to find in grocery stores. Interestingly, parsnips were present on the tables of Poles long before potatoes spread. He was a valuable source of carbohydrates and at the same time valuable vitamins (including vitamin C) and minerals. Parsnip is a plant of the celery family.
