However, the word curry comes from the Tamil kari , meaning sauce precisely, and it is in this sense that it is usually used in its native parts. In Indian cuisine, more or less hot curry sauce is poured over meat, vegetables, fish, cheese or mixed dishes. APPLICATION
Pour 320ml coconut cream into a saucepan. Add the contents of the pack and heat to release flavors. Add 300 g of fish, meat or vegetables and simmer until everything is cooked. Season to taste with cane sugar and fish sauce.
