Gluten-free inactive yeast flakes from Pięć Przemian are a product without additives - fine yeast flakes (similar to breadcrumbs) make up 100% of the composition. They are a source of B, D, and H vitamins, as well as micronutrients like zinc, iron, calcium, and magnesium. You can add them to sauces, soups, sandwiches, salads and cereals, among other things (they give them a slightly cheesy taste).
