The content of individual ingredients per recommended daily portion is as follows: Mint leaf - 0.4 g, Flaxseed - 0.3 g, Chamomile flowers - 0.3 g, Plantain leaf - 0.2 g, Echinacea root - 0.2 g, Thyme herb - 0.2 g, Sea buckthorn fruit - 0.2 g, Ginger rhizome - 0.1 g, Calendula flowers - 0.1 g.

Usage:
The tea is a perfectly balanced composition. Flax and mint help maintain a healthy stomach. Thyme has antibacterial properties. Additionally, plantain, echinacea, thyme, sea buckthorn, and ginger support the immune system. Furthermore, ginger supports the smooth functioning of the digestive tract. Chamomile, on the other hand, is helpful for mild cramps, bloating, and belching. Plantain stimulates the growth of beneficial gut microflora. Calendula, meanwhile, has healing properties.

Instructions for use:
Steep 1 sachet of tea in boiling water (200 ml) covered for 5 - 10 minutes. Drink once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.

Warnings:
It is recommended not to use the tea for more than 10 - 14 days with daily intake. Do not use in cases of tuberculosis, leukemia, multiple sclerosis, AIDS, and autoimmune diseases.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
