The average content of ingredients shows a physiological effect in a daily dose of the product: three glasses of infusion (750 ml) from three sachets (7.5 g). One portion: a glass of infusion (250 ml) from a sachet (2.5 g)

Method to prepare the infusion: Place the product bag in a glass or in a 250 ml ceramic mug and pour boiling water over it. Cover and set aside for 10-15 minutes. Drink after cooling down.

RECOMMENDED USE : 1 glass of infusion from 1 sachet, 3 times a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
