DESCRIPTION

Raspberry fruit infusion is used for colds - the tea has a diaphoretic effect. Raspberry fruits have an astringent effect. Raspberry fruits also fight microbes.
INGREDIENTS

100% dried raspberries
Rubiidaei fructus
APPLICATION
Pour 1 heaped teaspoon of raspberry fruit into a glass of boiling water, cover and leave to steep for 10 minutes. Drink the infusion while it is still warm.
2g raspberry fruit (1 heaped teaspoon) is the daily dose. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children.
