PREPARATIONS OF THE METHOD
Prepare 200ml of water or milk in the cooking vessel. Slowly pour in two tablespoons of Mama's Chalice Porridge. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until uniform in consistency and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Product without added sugar. It contains naturally occurring sugars. The pack contains 10 serving suggestions.
