GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) is a non-protein amino acid that acts as a neurotransmitter in the human brain. GABA is naturally produced in the body and its presence in the central nervous system can promote relaxation and relieve nervous tension.

Ingredients:

Active ingredients: GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid), capsule component: coating agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), rice starch, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, plant fatty acid magnesium salts), pyridoxine hydrochloride.

GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) - 500 mg
Vitamin B6 - 2 mg (142% of the NRV)

Active ingredients in 3 capsules:

GABA (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) - 1,500 mg
Vitamin B6 - 6 mg (428% NRV)

Recommended use:

1 capsule 1-3 times daily with a glass of water, preferably on an empty stomach (e.g., between meals).
