It is characterized by an aroma typical of rapeseed and a distinctive taste, as well as an amber color. Thanks to the "cold" pressing method, the fatty acids contained in this oil remain unchanged. This oil is a natural product characterized by a high content of omega-3 fatty acids.
Consecutive parts of the oil may vary slightly: colour, smell and taste. These are characteristics that do not affect the composition of the oil.
