DESCRIPTION
Sacha inchi oil (also known as inca inchi) is extracted from the nuts of the sacha inchi plant (Plukenetia volubilis), which grows in the rainforests of the Peruvian Andes and has been cultivated for centuries in the Peruvian Andes at an altitude of 500- 1000 m above sea level Oil pressed from it with a delicate bean aftertaste, previously little known - has now become a real discovery. It is characterized by a unique composition of polyunsaturated fatty acids, with a high content of alpha-linolenic acid (41 g / 100 ml), which belongs to the omega-3 unsaturated fatty acids, as well as omega-6 and omega-9 acids in ideal proportions. Consuming 2g of Sacha Inchi Seed Oil daily helps maintain normal levels of omega-3, which our bodies cannot produce on their own. Because of this, it has earned its reputation as “the best oil in the world.” The tocopherols (vitamin E) contained in it in an amount of 15 mg / 100 ml act as natural antioxidants - one teaspoon of oil covers 19% of the recommended daily dose of vitamin E.
