For this reason, this dietary supplement contains several ingredients that have multi-directional effects, including 1000 mg of calcium, which covers over 100% of the daily requirement. It also contains: vitamin D, which helps maintain a constant level of calcium in the blood, and vitamin K, which is involved in the synthesis of key proteins for bone formation. An additional ingredient is magnesium, which has a significant impact on proper bone mineralization.

INGREDIENTS
cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), phytomenadione (vitamin K), calcium carbonate (calcium), magnesium oxide (magnesium), sodium, bulking agents - microcrystalline cellulose; glazing agent - palm oil; anti-caking agents - silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; Dye - titanium dioxide.

APPLICATION
Take two (2) tablets daily, preferably with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet.
