DESCRIPTION

Plantain leaves have a cleansing and anti-inflammatory effect. Plantain leaf infusion is effective in lowering elevated temperature. Plantain tea also improves the digestive processes. Fresh plantain leaves can be applied to sprains and damaged epidermis.
INGREDIENTS

100% dried, shredded plantain leaves
Plantago major L.
APPLICATION
Pour 1 tablespoon of the product into 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml). Cover and set aside for 15 minutes. drain. Drink the infusion twice a day before a meal.
3 g of the product is the daily dose during the day.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children.
RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
