Coconut drink powder is a gluten and lactose free product. It is a product that is easy and quick to prepare and very versatile. It is perfect as a substitute for cow's milk in products, especially appreciated by people with lactose intolerance and those who have excluded gluten from their diet. Due to its powder form, the coconut drink has a wide range of APPLICATIONS . It can be used as an ingredient in beverages, cocktails, cocoa, coffee, soups, sauces, muesli, granola, cakes and puddings. It can be added to dishes instead of cow's milk.

INGREDIENTS

Glucose syrup in powder form, non-hydrogenated coconut oil 35%, stabilizer potassium phosphate, sodium caseinate, aroma, anti-caking agent - silicon oxide, emulsifier - mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, coloring - carotenes.

APPLICATION
As a standalone drink or as an addition to coffee, muesli, desserts, it can be a perfect substitute for milk wherever we use it.
