Collagen 100 is a liquid dietary supplement that helps maintain healthy joints and cartilage. It contains not only collagen types 1 and 3, but also hyaluronic acid and a complex of vitamins and minerals. Collagen is derived from beef. Collagen is the main protein in connective tissue and the main component of tendons. It has a positive effect on the elasticity of the skin. The content of hyaluronic acid supports the work of the joints, as it is the main component of synovial fluid. Vitamin C helps in the proper production of collagen and protects cells from oxidative stress. Pantothenic acid helps maintain mental fitness. Biotin affects the condition of skin and hair. Vitamin B6 supports the production of red blood cells and the levels of copper and vitamin B12 help in the proper functioning of the nervous system.
