The source of vitamin D3 is lanolin from the wool of sheep living in Australia. D3 is fully extracted from lanolin and is suitable for vegetarians (approved by the Vegetarian Society), but may not be suitable for those following a strict vegan diet.

INGREDIENTS
Sweetener (xylitol), water, zinc bisglycinate (zinc), ammonium citrate and sodium EDTA iron (iron), medium-chain triglycerides, acidity regulator (citric acid), cyclodextrin, emulsifiers (gum arabic and sunflower lecithin), thiamine mononitrate (vitamin B1), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural flavor (pomegranate and raspberry), folic acid (vitamin B9), potassium iodide (iodine), sodium selenate (selenium), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

INGREDIENTS IN ONE DAILY DOSE (4 SPRAYS)
Iron - 5 mg (36% of NRV)
Zinc - 2 mg (20% of NRV)
Vitamin B1 - 1.4 mg (127% of NRV)
Folic acid - 400 µg (200% NRV)
Iodine - 150 µg (100% NRV)
Selenium - 55 µg (100% NRV)
Vitamin D3 - 25 µg (1000 IU) (500% NRV)

APPLICATION
First use: Press the pump 3 times until liquid emerges. Shake well before each use. Spray gently into the mouth, preferably onto the inside of the cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.

Use four (4) sprays per day. Does not need to be taken with food or water. Shake well before each use.

WARNING
Contains xylitol - excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and discuss the test result with your doctor or pharmacist.

INDICATIONS
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Suitable for persons over 16 years of age. Contains xylitol - excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.

PRECAUTIONS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Store protected from light at temperatures below 30 °C.
