Not only is turmeric notable for its rich flavor and wide culinary uses, it is also a highly valued ingredient used as a herbal raw material in the Far East. It has been used successfully in Ayurvedic art for over 5000 years. Turmeric is a source of B vitamins that support the nervous system, the exceptionally strong antioxidant of vitamin E and vitamin K is responsible for proper blood clotting. Gluten-free paste turmeric from PREWENIS is recommended for consumption with drinks, e.g. milk, yoghurt or tomato juice. Can be sweetened with honey or syrup. It also enriches the flavor of soups, sauces, salads and rice. The addition of a teaspoon of oil supports the absorption of ingredients. ATTENTION , the product has coloring properties.
