INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Pour 1 teaspoon of ground golden flax over 3/4 cup of hot drinking water. Wait a few minutes, stirring frequently, until a paste forms. You can eat it up to 2-3 times a day with the addition of milk, fruit, juices, yogurt or honey. Ground flax is also an excellent addition to soups, breads, sauces and breakfast cereals.
