L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid and should be obtained from food or dietary supplements.

COMPOSITION:

L-Tryptophan (PepForm) Peptides, L-Tryptophan (from L - Tryptophan), Calcium Phosphate, Cellulose, Fatty Acid (Plant Source), Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids (Plant Source), Food Coating.

L-Tryptophan (from L-Tryptophan Peptides) 500 mg

APPLICATION :

2 tablets on an empty stomach 30 minutes before bedtime with water or fruit juice.

CONTRAINDICATIONS: p>

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
