Magnesium bath flakes with energizing essential oils.

BetterYou magnesium flakes contain 47% magnesium chloride and are an incredibly effective and modern way of supplying our bodies with magnesium through the skin, without the digestive system. We can use them for both foot baths and bathtubs. BetterYou magnesium flakes dissolve perfectly in warm water. The magnesium bath relaxes muscles and joints, regenerates and rejuvenates the skin and provides your body with the best and fastest absorbable magnesium. It adds energy, reduces stress and is a good option for post-workout recovery.


PREPARATION FEATURES:
Magnesium flakes are recommended:
- in states of increased physical exertion and mental health
- Sports people
- in times of excessive stress
- difficulty falling asleep


INGREDIENTS:
Magnesium chloride hexahydrate (concentration 47% MgCl2).
1 kg of magnesium flakes contains 120 g of pure magnesium.
Other Ingredients: Lemon Peel Citrus Oil, Rosemary Oil (Rosmarinus officinalis), Limonene, Citral.


APPLICATION :
Foot bath: dissolve about 150 g of magnesium flakes in warm water (about 5 liters) and relax for 20 minutes or longer.
Body bath: Dissolve approximately 250g of magnesium flakes in warm water and relax for 20 minutes or more.
2-3 magnesium baths per week are recommended.
