DESCRIPTION

The product contains three different forms of magnesium to ensure optimal absorption of this mineral. The composition of the product includes such forms as L-oxide, citrate and magnesium ascorbate. Magnesium belongs to the macronutrients, it is a mineral whose role in the body is very diverse, it is an essential component of over 300 enzymes, it is involved in hundreds of chemical reactions, most of which are found in the bones (along with calcium and phosphorus it is the main component of bones), muscles and soft tissues. It is involved in exercise metabolism, protein synthesis, maintains a constant electrical potential in muscles and nervous tissues, in the body's vital processes, in muscle contraction and in the immune response. Due to its calming effect, magnesium can improve the quality of sleep.
