Matcha to very finely ground green tea leaves, which appeared in the Japanese tradition almost 1000 years ago as an important element of the tea ceremony. A special manufacturing process in shady areas causes a significant amount of nutrients to be produced in the maturing leaves. They are mainly antioxidants and amino acids. Matcha is consumed whole, while in the case of brewed green leaf tea, only the infusion is consumed. Because of this, matcha is nearly 100 times richer in beneficial ingredients than traditional green leaf tea. Matcha contains natural caffeine, which makes it stimulating in a similar way to coffee. Derived from Matcha, the caffeine is gradually released in the body and adds energy and does not cause the subsequent sudden drops often seen with coffee consumption. Matcha has an antioxidant effect, which means that it has a protective effect on the body's cells and is involved in reducing free radicals. Such an effect can increase immunity and slow down the aging processes of the organism. It also has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.
The preparation contains green Matcha tea (without artificial additives and fillers) from controlled organic cultivation. The environmental certificate guarantees that no artificial fertilizers or pesticides were used at any stage of production. The raw material is made exclusively from young leaves.

METHOD Use
a flat teaspoon, pour 100 ml of water with a temperature of about 80 ° C, then mix until a uniform consistency is obtained. Matcha is perfect as an accompaniment to dishes, cakes and other desserts as well as cocktails.
